In the west of Honduras lies the historic region of Copán. Known for its archaeological wonders and cultural heritage, Copán is also home to some of our exceptional coffee farms. Here, coffee thrives in the shadows of ancient Mayan ruins, with rich volcanic soil and a mild climate, producing beans with a delightful brightness and complexity.

La Paz, Marcala: The Pinnacle of Quality

Marcala, nestled in the La Paz department, is recognized as one of Honduras' premier coffee regions. Our Marcala beans are celebrated for their nuanced flavors, often with notes of sweet fruit and a clean finish.

Santa Bárbara: Elevated Excellence

With coffee farms perched at elevations of up to 1,700 meters (5,500 feet), the beans here benefit from slow maturation and develop unique flavor profiles. The result?
